Pakistan using brutal means to crush the Baloch political struggle for free Balochistan – Nawab Brahumdagh Bugti

Geneva: Baloch national leader and president of Baloch Republican Party Nawab Brahumdagh Bugti has said in a statement that Pakistani state was using every brutal means to crush the political struggle of the Baloch people and trying to forcefully crush the voices of the Baloch nation.
He said that in addition to the ongoing Baloch genocide and continuous atrocities committed by the Pakistani forces, there’s also a well-planned strategy in place by the state to prevent the voices of Baloch people being heard internationally. This is plan also includes complete blackout of the Balochistan situation, specially the Baloch struggle, by the Pakistani media.
A very successful awareness campaign titled “Free Balochistan” was held in Geneva by Balochistan House in September and recently in London which resulted in Pakistan to go as far as to threatening to expel the Swiss envoy to Pakistan.
Pakistan’s attempts to disrupt these campaigns failed miserably. “It was a huge diplomatic achievement for the Baloch struggle”, he said.
Nawab Brahumdagh Bugti said that it was the legal and basic human right of the Baloch people, protected in the international law, to raise voice for their rights and get their voices heard globally. He said that Pakistan cannot deter the Baloch struggle by using blackmailing tactics against the civilized world. He also stressed that the internationally community to take notice of the Baloch genocide and play their role stop human rights abuses in Balochistan.
